Jazz was confused, upset, unsure, hesitant, confused some more all at the same time. It wasn't fair! Why did it have to be this way? Why couldn't it just be a case of and Ember and an Ember, or a Diamond and Diamond? Somehow he doubted that Petal would ever consider going to the same alliance as him, and he would never go with hers. Not that it was right, but still. It was hard for him, the loner, the outcast, having to go with the flow of everyone. That wasn't his style. No, Jazz preferred to do the opposite. The exact opposite in fact. So if Ember and Diamond together is frowned upon...Well, you can guess what the todd would do. And what he was going to do, because it turned out he actually liked this Ember, and that was good...And bad at the same time. He was very selfish actually - he valued his life. A lot. He grinned at the thought of giving up his life for his tribe. He couldn't do it. He just...couldn't. His eyes closed for a moment... And his feet left the ground... Hitting something very soft, quite unlike the ground... With a start he realised it was Petal. Jazz yelped, and jumped into the air, his head slamming against the ceiling. He yelped again, this time in pain, and slumped to the ground. This couldn't be happening. What would Petal think?

I can now finally be active. Here is my sig for my future character.
That is my only fox example and my most recent. I am also willing to make signatures for other people on here. Please excuse the horrible cutting of the fox on this one, I was doing it in the bumpity bump of a van. x.x

He wasn’t angry, she was so relieved. She’d felt so stupid for getting lost and she knew he must have looked for her. She nuzzled her face into his warm fur “I missed you too” she said quietly while she enjoyed the security of being with her mate. She had been gone they’d missed the breeding season, she felt so guilty for the hole situation that she could hardly stand it but she was home and with her love so her spirits were lifted. She was fine, a little shaken by the experience and very tired but not hurt. She smiled when he told her to go to the den and nodded before he darted off to get some food.
When she got to the den she found Russet with a fish and on top of it was a pretty little flower. She walked over to him and licked his muzzle “thank you love” she said with a sleepy smile. She padded over to the fish and sniffed the flower, taking in the sweet smell. She picked it up and placed it carefully next to the nest to keep until it wilted, she loved flowers. She then went to this fish and ate, she hadn’t realised just how hungry she was until that moment. Her main focus had been on getting home and the vixen had unknowingly neglected her diet. She’d eaten a few mice, that was about it. The fish filled her stomach and made her feel warm and refreshed, she licked her paws clean and left some food for Russ if he wanted it.
Her appearance was normal other than looking slightly thin from the lack of food. Now that she was full Ari went and curled up in the nest she looked up, lovingly at her mate. She’d been so worried that she wouldn’t find her way back or that he would get hurt looking for her. “Im sorry, I wont get lost again I promise. I was so worried I wouldn’t get back” she spoke, sounding tired and speaking quietly. Sleep was another thing she’d had very little of. When she was more awake she would tell him all about what had happened and where she had been, how she got lost, and everything else.

Russet Missing you too much..
Russet looked down at his love. He had missed her- she had been gone a long time. He had spent many days looking for her with no avail. His smile brightened as she ran back to him. Placing his muzzle on her back he sighed absorbing the scent while saying
I missed you.
The tone in his voice was not angry nor sad but instead happy that his mate had come back. It made everything whole once more and he licked her affectionately on the muzzle. Sure, breeding season was over, but he still loved Ari with his heart and soul. He placed his tail on her slender back and felt the horomones crawl up his pillars like spiders. Turning towards Ari he wanted to ask
Are you okay? Is everything alright? Did you get hurt?
He wanted to know every detail of the trip but shut his trap when he thought about how tired the vixen would be but instead said
Come on into my den. I'll get you something to eat.
He said that in a friendly gesture and manner as he started to walk back towards his den but stopped by the river and caught another fish- a talent that had been taught and was hard to master but most of the time always brought food. Shaking the loose water off of his maw he continued the rocky journey up towards the den. Stopping to fix up the nest he then returned outside and found a beautiful lilac-colored summer flower and brought it there too, nestling the flower on the fish so that it would be found. Exhaling he awaited for Ari to return to his den as they used to many days ago.

*SAKARI*
Ari darted through the long grass after a mouse. Swift on her feet, it wasn’t long before she was able to pounce on it and quickly snap it up into her jaws. She began her breakfast, tasty!. As she enjoyed her small but delicious meal she caught a scent, a familiar one. Her ears pricked, she knew that smell. Finishing up the mouse she got to her dainty feet and sprung forward, she had missed Russet. A moment later the little red fem entered the area where Russet sat near the water, she grinned. “Russet!” she barked and pranced over to him. She had wondered off to find food and got a little lost, she was a little ashamed for having been gone so many days but she was back now. Suddenly she worried that he might be angry with her, her ears flattened with embarrassment. Before he could speak she decided to explain herself “I went hunting and I got lost. Im sorry” she said quietly. She had missed her home here. She’d come to love it and the feelings she had for Russet couldn’t be denied.
